We take pride in crafting unique products that are made-to-order for each customer. Therefore, we are not able to provide returns or exchanges at this time. However, in the unlikely event that your product is damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we are happy to offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
